Franz-Josef Pfeiffer

A late hour obituary:
Franz Josef left a lasting impression on me. He was my tutor. English advanced course. Long before the school was renovated. We were in Ireland for the final trip. Where else? Years after I graduated from high school, I met him in the Irish pub in Kassel. He sat alone at the bar with a Guinness and a whiskey. It was a long evening. I still have a cassette of Irish folk music - put together by the master :-) . My children had and still have to endure Irish songs - sung by me. I still hope that I don't sing so much worse than Franz Josef played the clarinet. We will be able to discuss this at some point and I'm pretty sure Franz Josef will say: "I play better than you sing. And no one can prove it."
